About me:
I’m Kristen Baldermann and this is my 14th year in education and my 2nd at Union. I will serve as our RTI and Resource Program Director for the 2022-2023 school year. I have previously worked as a general education teacher in a neighboring district. My husband and I live in New Lenox with our two children. My husband is a teacher in New Lenox and basketball coach. I’m very excited to be working with all of our families here at Union 81.
