Kristen Baldermann serves as the Business Manager for Union School District 81, where she oversees the District’s financial operations, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, grants, auditing, and long-term financial planning. With more than 16 years of experience in education, Kristen has served in both instructional and administrative leadership roles, providing her with a unique perspective on connecting the District’s financial resources to the needs of students, staff, and programs.
Kristen holds the Chief School Business Official (CSBO) endorsement as well as administrative and Director of Special Education credentials and is currently completing advanced doctoral studies in educational leadership. She is committed to responsible fiscal stewardship, transparency, and ensuring that District resources are strategically aligned with the needs and priorities of the Union School community.
